Upright House Ministries
Jesus is the key to transformation. Although we do not require a profession of faith to receive our support. We do teach biblical character, morals and values. Men who live by these values walk along side of our guests sharing manly traits, giving them living examples of Christ. Loving your neighbor in action creates good communities.
Upright House Ministries
In addition to character building we teach life skills from the basics of house keeping and personal hygiene to build self esteem, to responsibilities of living. We teach household financing, shopping, cooking and a budget. We teach the importance of working and satisfaction of being self supporting and adding value to the community around you. Sobriety is a joyful lifestyle. Upright House gives men the opportunity to learn to live sober and enjoy it.

We believe in what we do and that’s why we’re committed to helping more people. It's no secret—we love our work! But for us, real job-satisfaction comes from helping our clients to achieve great results. The need for beds is overwhelming our society is riddled with people trapped in addiction and when they reach for help many times there is no where to go. They may be homeless trapped in the same environment that propagates addiction. They may couch surf in trap houses full of addicts. Upright House is starting with a single house but we have a vision. As God provides and directs we will add more mens facilities. The future will bring opportunities to help women and families with housing and support for recovery.
It all starts with teaching men to act like men and be leaders in their homes and communities.
